Jay B. Knoll
Interim President
Jay B. Knoll is Interim President of ECD. Knoll was previously Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of ECD. He has more than 15 years of corporate counsel experience. Prior to joining ECD, Mr. Knoll was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Collins & Aikman Corporation and held leadership positions at Lear Corporation, Covisint LLC, Visteon Corporation and Detroit Diesel Corporation.
Ted F. Amyuni
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Ted F. Amyuni is Executive Vice President of Global Sales. Prior to joining ECD, Mr. Amyuni served in a number of key executive leadership positions at Carrier Corporation (a division of United Technologies Corporation) in the United States, in Europe, and the Middle East. He has over 30 years of global leadership experience in operations and commercial management and has held international management assignments in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Amyuni was a member of UTC's Executive Leadership Group.
William C. “Kriss” Andrews
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
William C. "Kriss" Andrews is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ECD, Mr. Andrews served at BBK Ltd., a global business advisory firm, for 12 years and was most recently a Senior Managing Director and co-lead of the firm's North American automotive practice. At BBK, he advised clients on numerous complex financial transactions and operational improvements, served as a client's interim CFO, and served for two years on the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Andrews also served as Vice President of Finance for Philip Services Corporation's By-Products Recovery Group and, before that, as General Manager at two groups within Rollins Environmental Services.
Joseph P. Conroy
Executive Vice President, Operations
Joseph P. Conroy is Executive Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining ECD, Mr. Conroy had over 13 years of experience in executive leadership positions with American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. and more than eight years of progressive manufacturing leadership roles with General Motors Corporation.
Subhendu Guha, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President - PV Technology, ECD
Chairman, United Solar Ovonic
Subhendu Guha is Executive Vice President of ECD's PV Technology and Chairman of United Solar Ovonic. Dr. Guha, who joined ECD in 1982, is a world-renowned authority in photovoltaic technology, with many years of experience in the development and manufacture of solar panels. He serves in many national and international photovoltaic committees. His work has received recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy, Bright Lights Award, and the Discovery Magazine, Environment Category. He was also the recipient of World Technology Award in 2005 and PVSEC Award in 2009.
